If I still have the amount of money to pay its entire price, she said that I could get the property by bank financing, or by government housing loan. I was a government employee. So, I bought the house and lot by government housing loan. I would pay the monthly amortization for thirty years at a very low price. Thus, it was affordable.
Many people in our institution who wanted to have real estate property of their own also did what I did. They never regret it. They now have a property they could call their own. They now have something that they could pass on to their children.
